The item I wanted is sold out, can you make another?

  • Yes for sure! If something you wanted is out of stock I can remake it for you, just please note that the turn around time for certain items can be 2-3 weeks (possibly more around the holidays)

What is your refund policy?

  • All Items are final sale and non refundable. If you are unhappy with your purchase please reach out to me via email and I will see if anything can be accommodated.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

  • I will bundle up each item as safely as possible, but on the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged, please send detailed photos within the first 24 hours and I will work to get you a replacement or repair.
  • Please note that this applies to breakage during delivery only, I am not responsible for breaks due to improper hanging or handling.

Where do you deliver to?

  •  I am currently only shipping to North America, but hope to expand if there is interest. All packages will include tracking information and will be processed in 3 business days.
  • I also offer free local pick up and delivery (Northumberland County Area)

    Do you do custom work?

    • Yes, I love to do commissions! Please check back in the new year when I will be available for them.

    I love your past work, can I copy any of your patterns?

    • All patterns are my own creation, and not free for use. Please do not copy for resale or personal use. I do plan to eventuality offer patterns for sale, so if you're interested please keep and eye out.
